Fleet meeting to turn in trophies and vote on fleet awards.
Instructions for 2013 Traveling Trophy Winners, Plaque Awardees, and 2014 Race Winners:
1. Please bring a document with your names (Skipper and Crew) with correct spellings. Also, instructions if you want these names of boat name engraved.
2. Please bring all 2013 awarded traveling trophies, POLISHED and PRESENTABLE. If they are unacceptable or missing, a $50 fine will be levied per trophy, you will have to work the Judge’s boat for a month with no redress, and have responsibility to have it engraved for the 2014 awardee by the ceremony date. (I will leave out keelhauling for now.)
3. Please bring your record plaques for updating.
4. Don’t forget the Team Trophy!
Registered boat/team representatives and judges: please be prepared to vote on the following: Officially nominations are open now and can be submitted to the group via sailing@myc-culver.org or at the meeting.
